Halibut Fishing
|
| Homer, Alaska is rightfully
called “the Halibut Fishing Capital of the World”. Fishing like this
is not every day but also not unusual. The average halibut size on the “Beausoleil”
the last few seasons has been close to 40 lbs.
“You can always tell a fisherman, but you can't tell him much.” Corey Ford |

“I never lost a little fish - yes, I am free to say |
| Only 29 years old with 50
years of experience reeling 'em in. Mary Howser, a previous owner of
Silver Fox Charters.
“All good fishermen stay young until they die, for fishing is the only dream of youth that doth not grow stale with age.” J.W.Muller 1909 |
